At Ki ET LA, we make sure your glasses, hats and accessories arrive quickly, safely and with a smile! Here's everything you need to know about our delivery policy.
📦 Fast shipping within 24 hours
- Orders placed Monday through Thursday ship the next day
- Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday? It will leave on the following Monday or Tuesday
- If your order is placed on a public holiday, it will be processed on the next working day.
- In high season, these times may be slightly longer.
- Delivery times depend on the mode of transport chosen when placing your order.
🌍 Delivery in France and in +25 countries
The Ki ET LA website offers delivery in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
🚚 Delivery costs and times
In mainland France:
- Colissimo home delivery: €5.99 (free from €39.90 purchase) - Delivery in 2 to 5 working days, after dispatch.
- Point Relais Colissimo: €4.50 (free for orders over €39.90) - Delivery in 2 to 5 working days after dispatch.
- Mondial Relay: €3.90 (free for orders over €39.90) - Delivery in 3 to 6 working days after dispatch.
For information: Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) via Colissimo and Tuesday to Saturday (excluding public holidays) via Mondial Relay.
